Job Title: Senior Clinical Program Director

Unity Health Toronto is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Clinical Program Director to lead our Emergency Care Program. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and leadership to our Emergency Care Program, ensuring excellence in patient care and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide senior operational leadership for the Emergency Care Program, including the Interprofessional Resource Teams
  • Direct and align clinical operations to effectively achieve corporate and program objectives
  • Lead the strategic planning of all services in the Emergency Care portfolio and ensure the efficient delivery of clinical programs
  • Develop and implement processes to ensure effective and efficient program management infrastructure
  • Collaborate with executive and peer leaders to foster engagement and wellness of our people
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in nursing or health discipline required
  • Regulated Health Professional with certification in good standing from respective regulatory body
  • Minimum of 8 years in progressive management roles in a healthcare setting, preferably in leading emergency care services and/or nursing resource teams
  • Experience in leadership at a Director level an asset
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of program management concepts and continuous quality improvement
