Senior Clinical Program Director, Rehabilitation Services

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Clinical Program Director to lead our Rehabilitation and Palliative Programs at Unity Health Toronto Providence HealthCare. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and operational leadership to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and program excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Provide senior operational leadership for the Rehabilitation and Palliative Programs, ensuring alignment with corporate and program objectives.
- Direct and align clinical operations to achieve excellence in patient care and program outcomes.
- Lead the strategic planning and development of program services, including human resource and financial management.
- Collaborate with executive and peer leaders to foster engagement and wellness of our people.
- Communicate with the executive team, internal partners, external stakeholders, government agencies, and the MOHLTC to ensure strategic advancement of the portfolio.
- Master's Degree in nursing or health discipline required.
- Regulated Health Professional with certification in good standing from respective regulatory body.
- Minimum of 8 years in progressive management roles in a healthcare setting, with at least 5 years in a Rehabilitation/CCC setting with Palliative care experience an asset.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of Director experience an asset.
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of program management concepts to facilitate clinical and support services interactions within the programs.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement processes/systems to ensure effective and efficient program management infrastructure.
- Demonstrated leadership in continuous improvement, and in achieving operational excellence and fiscal management across the portfolio.
