Here are some key aspects of this role:

  • Welcome and direct clients and visitors in a professional manner;
  • Manage the reception area, including maintaining a clean, tidy, safe and functional environment;
  • Provide general administrative support, as time permits or as requested by the Senior Facilities Administrator;
  • Support Facility team with service request management of remote offices;
  • Monitor and manage office supplies, including ordering and distribution;
  • Document any walk-in complaints in the service requests log;
  • Participate in fire warden duties;
  • Perform other assigned tasks.

You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a professional way of making calls. You must also be able to handle sensitive and confidential information. The ideal candidate will have an intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
