Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team at Explorer Group Canada Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading IT projects, coordinating project activities, and ensuring timely delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Coordinate project activities, including resource allocation, risk management, and issue resolution.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
Preferred Qualifications
  • ITIL certification.
  • Experience with project management tools, such as Asana, Trello, or MS Project.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based technologies, including AWS or Azure.
