- Operational Management: Direct and control daily IT operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of systems and services.
- Performance Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate project performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Staff Development: Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Policy Development: Establish and implement policies and procedures for information systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Client Management: Meet with clients to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Incident Management: Manage incidents and resolve issues promptly, minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
- Skills: Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve project goals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues. Proficiency in computer programming, data processing, and systems development. Familiarity with ITIL and other industry standards.
