Job Title: Retail Sales Manager

Midori Gifts is seeking a highly skilled Retail Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and implementing marketing strategies to increase sales and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Direct and control daily operations, evaluate performance, and plan and organize daily activities to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Staff Management: Manage staff, assign duties, and oversee payroll administration.
  • Marketing and Sales: Study market research and trends, determine merchandise and services to be sold, and implement price and credit policies.
  • Financial Management: Plan budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and determine staffing requirements.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages, and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail sales management role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
