Retail Sales Manager

Midori Gifts is seeking a highly skilled Retail Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing staff, and overseeing daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and competitor impact on sales.
- Manage Staff and Assign Duties: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff, as well as oversee payroll administration and conduct performance reviews.
- Oversee Daily Operations: Direct and control daily operations, evaluate daily operations, plan and organize daily operations, and manage staff and assign duties.
- Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Plan and implement marketing strategies to promote products and services.
- Plan Budgets and Monitor Revenues and Expenses: Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure financial stability.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in sales and operations management.
- Language: English.
- Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and attention to detail.
- Personal Suitability: Excellent oral communication, flexibility, organized, and team player.
