Job Title: Retail Sales Manager

Midori Gifts is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing daily operations, and leading a team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and control daily sales operations to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales staff to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
  • Study market trends and consumer behavior to determine sales strategies and optimize product offerings.
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make data-driven decisions to improve sales performance.
  • Recruit, train, and develop sales staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Oversee payroll administration, performance reviews, and staff development programs.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in retail sales management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals.
