Retail Sales Manager

At Midori Gifts, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading daily operations, evaluating performance, and planning and organizing sales strategies to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Direct and control daily operations, manage staff, and assign duties to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Market Research and Analysis: Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and competitor impact on sales.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine merchandise and services to be sold, implement price and credit policies, and locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale.
- Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Financial Management: Plan budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and determine staffing requirements.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Staffing and Development: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff, conduct performance reviews, and oversee payroll administration.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree or equivalent.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in retail sales management.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
