At BMW Toronto, we're always looking for talented individuals to join our team as Sales and Leasing Consultants. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for guiding customers through the sales process, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, life insurance, critical illness coverage, profit sharing, and two weeks of paid time off. You'll also enjoy a relaxed Sunday schedule and one day off per week between Tuesday and Thursday.

Responsibilities include:

  • Greeting and guiding customers as they arrive on the lot
  • Assisting customers in finding the perfect vehicle
  • Demonstrating vehicle features and capabilities
  • Completing sales applications and ensuring a smooth sales process
  • Inspecting the lot's vehicles daily and reporting any issues to management
  • Ensuring the lot is merchandised to maximize sales
  • Cleaning and washing vehicles as needed

Qualifications include:

  • High energy and enthusiasm throughout the sales day
  • Outgoing and friendly demeanor, especially when handling objections
  • Strong customer service and sales skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Persuasive and able to overcome customer objections
  • Proficient in basic business math and Microsoft Office
  • Persistent and competitive, with a strong work ethic
  • Able to focus on customer needs to enhance dealership and personal sales
  • Automotive sales experience preferred
