Job Title: Pre-owned Sales and Leasing Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Pre-owned Sales and Leasing Consultant to join our team at AWIN Group of Dealerships. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for selling and leasing pre-owned vehicles to existing and new customers, while meeting sales quota and gross profit targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture customer relationships to sell pre-owned vehicles.
  • Handle incoming sales traffic, qualify prospects, and arrange trade-in appraisals.
  • Liaise between prospects and sales management during negotiations.
  • Turn over sales customers to the finance office and arrange deliveries.
  • Actively prospect new customers and follow up with past deliveries.
  • Research and study product changes, attend sales meetings, and review performance statistics.
  • Familiarize yourself with manufacturers' sales, lease, and finance programs.
  • Make lease maturity contact calls and keep apprised of competitive products.
  • Participate in off-site marketing and advertising initiatives, assist with showroom display, and participate in product and skills training programs.
  • Closing sales by overcoming objections, negotiating prices, and completing sales contracts.
  • Keep apprised of applicable federal, provincial, and local laws governing retail auto sales.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Ontario G Driver's Licence and Clear Driver's Abstract.
  • Strong business acumen, professional appearance, and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to sell the minimum quota, excellent customer service skills, and passion for the automotive industry.
