Accounting Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting Manager to join our dynamic organization at Sentry Property Group Inc. (SPG). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our accounting function and providing strategic financial guidance to support our business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Leadership: Provide financial leadership and guidance to the accounting team, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis.
- Cash Flow Management: Oversee cash flow management, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of accountants, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities.
- Experience: 5-10 years of accounting experience, preferably in the construction or property management industry.
- Designation: Recognized accounting designation, such as CPA or CMA.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in financial software, and excellent communication and leadership skills.
