About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Grocery Store Associate. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the overall success of our grocery department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and making product recommendations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment by restocking shelves, facing merchandise, and performing other tasks as needed.
  • Support the overall success of our grocery department by participating in visual merchandising, maintaining inventory levels, and performing other tasks as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience an asset.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
