Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Walk Rite Shoes Store.

Job Summary:

The Retail Sales Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and achieving sales goals. The ideal candidate will be energetic, positive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including features, benefits, and pricing of all products.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Operate cash register, process transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist in visual merchandising, including displaying and maintaining merchandise displays.
  • Participate in inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and counting inventory.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Will train.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
