Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Walk Rite Shoes Store.

Job Summary:

The Retail Sales Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge by staying up-to-date on new products, features, and promotions.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively promoting products, handling customer transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Assist in visual merchandising by maintaining a visually appealing store display and ensuring that products are properly displayed and stocked.
  • Conduct sales transactions through various channels, including cash, credit, and mobile payments.
  • Process customer returns and exchanges in a timely and professional manner.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve sales and customer service skills.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Will train.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
