What You'll Do

As a Retail Store Associate, you'll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting customers with a smile and providing exceptional customer service
  • Processing daily shipments and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse area
  • Assisting with refunds, exchanges, and purchases while maintaining high standards of customer service
  • Supporting Fitting Room duties and ensuring a positive customer experience

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school education or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and time management skills
  • The ability to work in a team environment and maintain a clean and organized workspace

Hourly range: $17.40 - $18.40 per hour*

*This represents the expected hiring range and may not reflect the full pay range for the position. The pay rate offered may be higher depending on several factors.
