Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Walk Rite Shoes Store. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including features, benefits, and pricing of our products.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and returns.
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, returns, and exchanges.
  • Contribute to a positive and productive store environment, maintaining a clean and organized store appearance.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging shopping experience.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, achieving individual and team goals.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a focus on customer service and sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) and stand for long periods.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
