As a key member of our sales and management teams at Lorama Group Inc., you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations across various departments.
Lorama Group Inc. is seeking a highly organized and motivated Sales Coordinator to support the growth and success of our company.
This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, tracking sales activities, progress, and performance.
- Provide monthly sales tracking reports to management.
- Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts, budget reports, and expenditure analysis.
- Monitor sales trends, customer feedback, and competitive activity; provide actionable insights.
- Monitor expenditures and variances, offering recommendations for budget adjustments as needed.
Sales Reporting & Analysis:
- Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Client Relations & Sales Support:
- Foster strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and other marketing materials.
Collaboration with Teams:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Support marketing campaigns by coordinating logistics and providing administrative assistance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales coordination, administration, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with CRM software is an asset.
