Job Summary

Paladin Security is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular patrols of the site to identify and mitigate potential security risks
  • Evict any individuals who are blocking entrances or stairwells
  • Respond to incidents and emergencies, de-escalate situations, and write detailed reports
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and the general public
  • Other duties as required to meet operational needs

Requirements

  • Minimum one year of work experience in the security industry
  • Reliable personal vehicle to commute to the site
  • Strong communication, customer service, and observation skills
  • Confidence approaching and leading in emergency situations
  • A keen eye for watching and reporting irregularities
  • Physical ability to stand and/or patrol for the majority of a shift

Working Conditions

The Security Officer will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of professionalism and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
