Security Officer

At Paladin Security, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Security Officer to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify and mitigate potential security risks
- Monitor CCTV cameras and respond to alarms and emergency situations
- Provide excellent customer service and interact with clients, staff, and the public in a professional and courteous manner
- Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of security incidents
- Collaborate with other security personnel to ensure a safe and secure environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong English language skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Physical ability to stand and/or patrol for extended periods
- Confidence interacting with clients, staff, and the public
- Basic skills in utilizing technology, including writing reports and tracking patrols
- Competitive hourly rate: $18-$22/hour
