We are seeking a highly skilled Development Director to join our team at Chard Development Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development process, from project planning to execution, ensuring that our projects meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and within-budget delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure seamless project execution
- Manage and coordinate with municipalities, politicians, and community stakeholders to ensure project support and approvals
- Prepare and analyze financial proformas to achieve profitability and manage project-related documentation
- Oversee consultants, contractors, and trades to ensure high-quality work and efficient project delivery
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in multi-family residential rentals and mixed-use developments with full-cycle concrete project experience
- Strong planning and problem-solving skills to navigate the complexities of development
