Bilingual Talent Acquisition Expert

We're seeking a talented and passionate Bilingual Talent Acquisition Expert to join our team. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for planning, sourcing, assessing, and qualifying external candidates to support business plans and goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop targeted recruitment plans.
  • Source and assess candidates using various interviewing and assessment techniques.
  • Provide advice and guidance to hiring managers on the hiring process and candidate selection.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal partners and candidates.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Fluency in English and French.
