Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our corporate office team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing and attracting top talent to support the growth and success of our organization. You will work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, manage multiple searches, and build strong relationships with candidates and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sourcing and Researching: Utilize your expertise to source candidates and develop full-cycle recruitment plans for corporate offices.
  • Full Cycle Recruitment: Ensure an efficient, transparent, and effective candidate experience, including conducting telephone screenings, creating job postings, and managing the recruitment process.
  • Bilingual Relationship Management: Guide and coach business leaders through the recruitment process, providing an outstanding candidate experience.
  • Weekly Reporting: Run reporting, metrics, and recruitment analytics to facilitate the growth of talent pipelines.

Requirements
  • Bilingual French and English
  • Minimum of 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably with specialized positions within a medium to large organization
  • Strong sourcing and research skills, with experience managing multiple strategic searches and client relationships
  • Proficiency working with recruiting-related tools and systems, including applicant tracking systems and LinkedIn Recruiter
