Bilingual Talent Acquisition and Portfolio Management Role

At Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, we're building a relationship-oriented bank for the modern world. As a member of our team, the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a key role in planning, sourcing, assessing, and qualifying external candidates to support business plans and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead talent acquisition planning, sourcing, and interviewing activities to identify quality candidates for assigned portfolios.
  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing channels to build a pipeline of diverse candidates.
  • Provide trusted advice to hiring managers using various interviewing and assessment techniques to validate candidate experience levels.
  • Keep up-to-date on labour market trends and competitor information to provide business partners with insights and recommendations.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with leaders, internal partners, and candidates.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with labour market trends and competitor information.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
