Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the implementation and delivery of projects to meet client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop project timelines using Gant Chart tools and present project status to customers, company management, and project teams.
  • Identify and regularly communicate project updates and project risks with internal and external teams so factors can be managed to ensure successful delivery of projects for customers.
  • Organize daily, weekly, and monthly project huddles with project team.
  • Setup customer products, raw materials, and packaging in company ERP system.
  • Analyze market, competitive conditions, and customer experiences to fill product gaps, develop product lines, generate and appraise new ideas, and drive growth.
  • Create long and short-term product sales forecasts and analysis for management.
  • Bring new products to market with return-on-investment analysis and market new products with sales, advertising, and production teams.
  • Provide source data for product line communications by defining product marketing objectives.
  • Manage the product team, including coaching and disciplinary actions, planning, monitoring and job appraisal.
  • Compliance with all rules & policies regarding health safety, occupational safety, environmental safety, food safety, legal regulations, company requirements, etc.
  • Compliance with the Company's Integrated Management Systems which includes, but is not limited to Production, Quality, Food Safety & GMP.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or computer science is required.
  • ~1-2 years of work experience in product management or as a project manager preferably in a client-facing role.
  • ~ Project Management Certificate (PMP/PMC) is an asset.
  • ~ Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
  • ~ Skill in organization, analysis, time management, prioritization, and the ability to meet deadlines for multiple tasks.
  • ~ Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), and instructional software.
  • ~ Proven ability to foster successful relationships with peers in various departments and levels of management.
  • ~ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with various levels of management.
  • ~ Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • ~ Proven and strong leadership, planning, and organization skills.
  • ~ Good understanding of IT and project management tools.
