About the Role

Info-Tech Research Group is seeking a highly experienced Senior Marketing Event Strategist to join our dynamic marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving our communication strategy and execution for all events, from large conferences to hosted and partner events.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies to promote a portfolio of events, including three major conferences and multiple hosted events.
  • Take ownership of both strategy and execution by developing communication plans and executing campaigns directly using tools such as CRM and email marketing automation systems.
  • Coordinate with all marketing teams and other departments to ensure a cohesive communication approach for each event.
  • Collaborate with the event team to ensure alignment on promotional efforts while they handle logistics, partnerships, and organization.
  • Manage multi-channel marketing campaigns including email, social media, digital advertising, PR, and content marketing to boost event registration and attendance.
  • Oversight of partner communication efforts to ensure seamless integration with partnered events.
  • Measure and report on campaign performance, using data to optimize future event communications and improve registration and attendee engagement.
  • Lead event reporting efforts by working closely with the analytics team to build event communication dashboards and reports.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to produce high-quality promotional materials.
  • Stay updated with the latest communication and promotion trends to enhance event promotion strategies.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in event communication or a similar role, with a proven track record of managing large-scale event promotions.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, platforms, and strategies.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce.com and integration with leading marketing automation tools is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple events and timelines.
  • Experience in B2B communication is a plus.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with various teams and departments to achieve communication goals.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. Info-Tech Research Group offers a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
