Job Description:

The Technical Solutions Specialist will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support for contact center technologies, including designing and implementing solutions, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of hands-on technical experience in managing, designing, supporting, deploying, and interconnecting various contact center technologies at an enterprise scale
  • Strong core foundation experience in fundamental contact center technologies and protocols
  • Experience with CCaaS solutions/providers (e.g., Genesys, Avaya, NICE)
  • Post-secondary education with a university degree, college diploma or equivalent experience in the IT, telecommunications field
