Enterprise Architect Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead the design and development of application systems across all technologies and platforms in the Contact Center Ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic architecture plans to support business growth and optimization.
  • Provide technical leadership and consultation to senior management on infrastructure technologies.
  • Translate user requirements into process and data requirements, and develop solutions with far-reaching impact.
  • Ensure designed specifications achieve business needs through precise steps and processing logic.
  • Offer senior-level technical consulting to IT teams and make technology selection decisions.
  • Familiarize yourself with Genesys Engage, Oracle SBC, Cisco Call Manager, Verint, voicemail, and 911 services.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Enterprise Level Contact Center technology experience.
  • 3+ years of Enterprise Architecture experience.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience, including developing and presenting to varying levels of Leaders.
  • Advanced experience with Contact Center vendor solutions, including Voice, Omnichannel, Call Recording, Speech Analytics, Quality Management, Workforce Management, and Real Time and Historical Reporting.
  • Experience with AI/BOT development and integrations.
  • Knowledge or Certifications in cloud architecture.
  • Ability to develop sales-level documentation and create advanced design documents.
