Regional Sales Manager

Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for significantly contributing to the achievement of our overall strategic and financial objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Meet and/or exceed sales targets for all Custom Brands Group products, programs, and services of assigned customer channels.
- Solicit, sell, train, and support customers in a professional, enthusiastic, effective, and profitable manner.
- Develop and maintain acceptable relations with existing accounts using marketing and sales tools offered by the company to retain and increase sales volume.
- Connect and confirm prospective accounts are a good fit to become Custom Brands Group customers.
- Service existing accounts by:
- Training customers on Custom Brands Group products and selling techniques.
- Striving to increase and expand sales.
- Handling customer complaints with tact and understanding, striving to maintain customer loyalty and friendship.
- Submit required work plans, sales reports, and expense reports on a timely basis.
- Keep abreast of customer, market, and competitors' activities.
- Attend and participate as directed in company, customer, or industry trades shows, sales meetings, or other events.
- 3+ years of outside sales, field sales, or business development experience in the consumer goods industry, preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in sales and marketing, business, or related field.
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance required.
- 70% travel requirement, including overnight travel.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously.
- Physically able to perform physical duties associated with this position, including lifting up to 50lbs.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficient experience with CRM applications (Salesforce preferred), email, internet navigation.
- SAP/BI experience is a plus.
- $00 CAD per year.
