Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager to lead the development and management of our Android-based payment application for smart terminals at Moneris Solutions Corporation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a dedicated Agile team as the Product Owner, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop functionalities that enhance user satisfaction.
  • Focus on optimizing the user experience for merchants, ensuring the application is intuitive, efficient, and meets their daily needs.
  • Utilize data-driven approaches to inform decision-making, product development, and enhancements.
  • Manage all elements of the application's lifecycle, incorporating user feedback and market trends.
  • Ensure the application's compatibility and optimized performance across multiple Android devices.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of product management experience, specifically with mobile applications on Android platforms. Previous payment experience considered an asset.
  • Background in user experience design and a user-centric approach to product development.
  • Experience with React, Java, and mobile application development.
  • Experience using data and insights to inform product development, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and a metrics-oriented mindset.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and best practices.
  • Experience with creating impactful user experiences and driving innovation in mobile application products.
  • University degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
