Job Title: Payroll Supervisor - SAP Implementation

We are seeking a highly motivated Payroll Supervisor to join our team in Burlington and eventually Brampton. The successful candidate will have experience processing hourly and salaried Canadian payroll, as well as proficiency in SAP payroll processing.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the implementation of SAP payroll system
  • Process full-cycle Canadian payroll accurately and in a timely manner
  • Ensure compliance with federal, provincial, and territorial regulations related to Canadian payroll, taxation, and labour standards
  • Manage employee data accurately within the payroll system
  • Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve issues promptly
  • Prepare and distribute payroll reports to relevant stakeholders
  • Administer Canadian employee benefits, including pension plans and RRSPs
  • Stay updated on changes in Canadian payroll laws and regulations
  • Assist with year-end Canadian payroll processes
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance departments
  • Provide excellent customer service to Canadian employees
Qualifications:
  • PCP or PLP designation is a strong asset
  • Minimum 3 years of experience processing payroll for Canadian employees
  • Experience processing payroll through SAP is required
  • Experience with system implementation is required
  • Ability to commute to the office in Burlington and eventually Brampton
