Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for creating and implementing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and paid advertising. You will analyze campaign performance, provide insights, and recommend optimization strategies. Your tasks will include:

  • Developing and implementing marketing campaigns across all digital platforms
  • Tracking and analyzing campaign performance
  • Creating engaging content for social media, the TAG website, and individual dealer websites
  • Maintaining a consistent brand voice and message across all marketing channels
  • Composing compelling monthly blog posts for dealer websites
  • Conducting market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
  • Preparing monthly reports on marketing activities, performance metrics, and market trends
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2-4 years of digital marketing experience for a brand or company
  • Excellent written communication skills, specifically related to blog writing and social captions
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
  • Basic understanding of SEO
  • Experience growing following and engagement across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Experience managing multiple brands or voices
  • Google and Facebook Ads experience preferred, but not required
  • Automotive experience preferred, but not required
  • Experience with email marketing preferred, but not required
What We Offer

Trotman Auto Group offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, as well as a range of benefits, including extended health care, dental, RRSP, employee assistance program, paid time off, employee discounts, weekly incentives, real-time comprehensive training, and NADA training courses.
