Job Title: Pastry Cook

We are seeking a skilled Pastry Cook to join our team at Alberta LTD.

Job Summary:

The Pastry Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking pastries, desserts, and other baked goods for our restaurant. This is a key role in our kitchen, and we are looking for someone with a passion for baking and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook pastries, desserts, and other baked goods for our restaurant.
  • Plan and execute menus, including estimating food requirements and requisitioning supplies.
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff and helpers.
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Clean kitchen and work areas.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy loads.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Client focus, dependability, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, and team player.
