P & N Development Ltd. is seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for determining and establishing office procedures and routines, scheduling and confirming appointments, and answering telephone calls and messages. Additionally, the candidate will compile data, statistics, and other information, order office supplies, and maintain inventory. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to multitask, and have a strong understanding of MS Office and electronic mail.

The successful candidate will have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role and will be fluent in English. The working hours will be 35 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone calls and messages
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Strong understanding of MS Office and electronic mail
