Investigative Lead for Corporate Security Initiatives

About This Role
We are seeking a seasoned Investigative Lead to spearhead our corporate security initiatives at Equitable Bank. As a critical member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting and managing complex investigations within the financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and conduct thorough investigations into potential fraud schemes and other security threats affecting the bank's interests.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies to ensure seamless coordination and information exchange.
- Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to mitigate potential security risks.
- Analyze and evaluate complex data to identify patterns and trends, informing investigative decisions and strategies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging security threats, regulations, and best practices in the industry.
- Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including executive leadership and department heads, to ensure alignment and support for security initiatives.
- Prioritize and manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
- Stay informed about industry developments and advancements in security technologies, tools, and methodologies.
Requirements and Qualifications
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in corporate security, fraud investigation, or a related field, preferably in the financial services sector.
- Proven track record of leading complex investigations and managing teams to achieve successful outcomes.
- Demonstrated expertise in investigative techniques, including interviewing, evidence collection, and case documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, law enforcement, business administration, security management, or a related field is an asset.
