Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Security Guard to join our team at the MARS Discovery District in Downtown Toronto. As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to enhance the customer experience, ensuring compliance with standards, rules, and regulations at the property, and performing proactive and reactive security patrols and response to incidents.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide proactive and reactive security patrols and response to incidents
- Write reports and investigate routine incidents, as well as respond to emergencies in a quick and efficient manner
- Ensure compliance with standards, rules, and regulations at the Property

Requirements

- 1 year of prior security experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment both indoors and outdoors as required
- Must be able to stand, walk, and patrol by foot and vehicle for extended periods (8-12 hours)

Salary

The estimated salary for this position is $18.30/hour, based on the location and industry standards.
