Convenience Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Convenience Store Manager to join our team at Dépanneur Sprint. As a key member of our retail business, you will be responsible for leading our store operations and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Store Operations: Manage the day-to-day activities of the store, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and analyze trends to determine consumer demand and optimize sales.
- Merchandise Procurement: Source and procure merchandise for resale, ensuring high-quality products and competitive pricing.
- Staffing and Training: Recruit, hire, and train staff to meet business needs, and provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities.
- Financial Management: Manage store finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
- Customer Service: Foster a positive customer experience, responding to customer requests and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or convenience store environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in point of sale systems, electronic schedulers, and accounting software.
