The Store Manager is a key role within EightSix Network, responsible for leading the sales team to achieve store objectives. This position requires a strong sense of organization, leadership, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team
- Drive sales growth through effective visual merchandising and product knowledge
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints
- Manage store operations, including inventory management and stock control
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve company goals
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in retail or equivalent
- 6 months of experience in sales management
- Bilingualism, an asset
- 40 hours per week
