Job Title: Store Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our luxury retail team at EightSix Network. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of store operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales goals and exceed customer expectations
- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
- Partner with the Buying & Merchandising team to ensure product assortment is consistent with market needs and sales goals
- Monitor and measure store performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
Requirements:
- 5+ years of retail sales management experience in a similar role, preferably within a high-end luxury accessories boutique
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Flexibility to work in various roles based on business needs, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
