About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Leadership Director to lead our team in the Canada Healthcare markets. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic partnerships with healthcare professionals and organizations.

Job Description
  • Lead a high-performing sales team to achieve revenue targets and exceed business objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer relationships.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, medical affairs, and market access, to ensure alignment and maximize impact.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, encouraging experimentation and learning from failure.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape, including emerging trends and competitor activity.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, preferably in business or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant life science sales experience, with a proven track record of success in leadership roles.
  • Strong knowledge of the Canada healthcare business, including key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate high-performing teams.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Familiarity with omnichannel sales strategies and technologies.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.

This is a full-time position requiring local and national travel. A valid driver's license and COVID-19 vaccination are required.
