About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Sales Specialist to join our team at RONA inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting our plumbing products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet customers warmly and ensure a positive customer experience
  • Assess customer needs and provide expert advice on plumbing department products
  • Present and demonstrate products, highlighting their features and suggesting complementary products
  • Support the marketing of products in the department, including display and visual presentation
  • Stay up-to-date with new products and their functions
  • Ensure and participate in the maintenance of the department
  • Be aware of current promotions and flyers
  • Develop a basic knowledge of all departments in the store
  • Operate a forklift, if required, in accordance with company procedures and policies
  • Comply with policies and procedures regarding loss prevention, breakage of goods, and health and safety
Requirements
