About the Role

As an Investment & Personal Banking Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering trusted financial advice to customers and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to leverage expertise and resources, ensuring customers receive comprehensive financial planning and advice.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market developments to provide informed guidance to customers.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue growth goals, while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in financial sales and advice.
Requirements
  • Proven sales management experience and ability to market Scotiabank's products and services.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Licence to sell mutual funds and working towards the CIFP Diploma in Financial Planning (or Bank recognized equivalent).
