About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at SEHJAS HOMES LTD. as an Administrative Assistant. This is a permanent position, working 40 hours per week, with a focus on providing administrative support to our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Policy and Procedure Development

Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective administrative operations.

Meeting and Event Support

Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, and provide administrative support for event planning and coordination.

Scheduling and Communication

Schedule and confirm appointments, answer telephone calls and relay messages, and provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Document Management

Compile data, statistics, and other information, and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and filing systems.

Supply Chain Management

Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient operations.

Employee Support

Provide administrative support for employee consultation and grievance procedures, and maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.

Language and Work Environment
