Restaurant Operations Director

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage labor costs through effective scheduling and floor management.
- Control Food & Paper Costs and ensure product launches and promotions are executed with perfection.
- Resolve Guest issues and work with the team to minimize issues.
- Recruit, retain, and train new staff.
- Conduct Team Member and Supervisor Performance Reviews.
- Perform Weekly and Monthly Inventories of the Restaurant.
Requirements:
- Able to work day shift, including weekends, and be available for on-call duties.
- Must be tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft, email, spreadsheets, and in-house software.
- 3-5 years of restaurant management experience.
- Good knowledge of labor legislation.
- Must have a valid driver's license and a car.
- Excellent organization skills.
