Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to Company health and safety guidelines.
  2. Create daily and monthly financial dashboards in PowerBI to provide real-time visibility into financial performance.
  3. Analyze data and develop new report models in Excel to improve efficiency and provide valuable insights to the business.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data for accurate forecasting, costing, and budgeting.
  5. Prepare mix and margin reports.
  6. Review process improvement initiatives to add value or create efficiencies (metrics, KPIs).
  7. Conduct in-depth cost analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  8. Manage costing files, coordinating with finance operations to identify trends and variances.
  9. Assist in inventory counting, processes, and audit procedures.
  10. Support sales data analysis.

Requirements:

  1. Post-secondary degree in Business or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Greater than one year experience as a Financial Analyst.
  2. PowerBI experience is beneficial.
  3. Proficient in Excel, with VBA knowledge.

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: $60,000-$70,000 per year, depending on experience
