Job Summary

This temporary full-time position is with the Accounting Operations Team in the Bilingual Clerk, Accounting role. The successful candidate will have strong accounting and data analysis skills to support the accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) process execution and/or cash management transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain vendors and customers master data records.
  • Verify transactions submitted for processing such as approvals, coding and supporting documentation for compliance with applicable policies and guidelines.
Requirements
  • A post-secondary education with a concentration in accounting or finance and one year of experience in accounting-related positions with increasing responsibilities OR an equivalent combination of related education and experience.
  • A demonstrated work experience in processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
  • A demonstrated experience in applying corporate financial policies, practices and procedures.
  • Experience with Dynamics and Microsoft suite.
  • A good knowledge of accepted accounting principles.
  • Bilingualism (French and English).
About the Opportunity

This 12-month contract position offers a competitive salary range of $45,899 - $60,000 based on location and experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes annual individual performance bonus, support towards personal and professional growth, and more.
