Security Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Service Manager to join our team at Blackbird Security Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing our security services team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Hiring and Training
The Security Service Manager will be responsible for hiring, training, and developing the skills of our security team members. This includes identifying training needs, developing training programs, and evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives.
Budget Planning and ControlThe Security Service Manager will be responsible for planning and controlling the budget for our security services team. This includes developing and managing budgets, forecasting expenses, and ensuring that we are operating within our financial constraints.
Service Quality AssessmentThe Security Service Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing service quality assessment strategies to ensure that our security services meet the highest standards. This includes identifying areas for improvement, developing corrective action plans, and evaluating the effectiveness of our quality initiatives.
Project ManagementThe Security Service Manager will be responsible for planning, administering, and controlling budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies. This includes developing project plans, managing project timelines, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Policies and ProceduresThe Security Service Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures for our security services team. This includes identifying areas for improvement, developing new policies and procedures, and ensuring that our team is aware of and adheres to our policies and procedures.
RepresentationThe Security Service Manager will be responsible for representing Blackbird Security Inc. within various economic and social organizations. This includes developing relationships with key stakeholders, representing our company at industry events, and promoting our services to potential clients.
Requirements- Education
A college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years is required.
ExperienceExperience is an asset, but not required. Equivalent experience will be considered.
Work LanguageEnglish is the primary language of communication for this role.
Work TermThis is a permanent position.
Hours40 hours per week.
