Food Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Operations Manager to join our team at Dynasty Brands Ltd. as a Restaurant Supervisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all aspects of food preparation, presentation, and service meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Management: Establish and implement efficient methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, providing guidance and support as needed to ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Inventory Management: Estimate and manage the inventory of ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that all stock is maintained at optimal levels.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe working environment at all times.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing regular reports to management as required.
- Scheduling: Establish work schedules for staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Requirements- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Personal Qualities: Client focus, flexibility, and a strong team player mentality
- Work Term: Permanent
- Work Language: English
- Hours: 40 hours per week
