Food Service Operations Manager

Georgia Pizza Inc is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our fast-paced food service team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality food and service standards are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Team Management: Supervise and train a team of food service staff to ensure efficient work schedules and methods are in place to meet deadlines.
- Quality Control: Ensure quality control standards are met in food and service, and address customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supply needs for meal preparation, and maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and wastage.
- Staff Development: Supervise and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and provide feedback and coaching to improve performance.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on team performance, inventory levels, and other key metrics.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Availability: Ability to work 36 to 40 hours per week.
- Healthcare: Health care plan.
