Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Dynasty Brands Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish Work Schedules

The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for establishing methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that all staff are aware of their duties and responsibilities.

Supervise and Coordinate Staff

The successful candidate will supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Estimate Ingredients and Supplies

The Food Service Supervisor will estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that all necessary items are ordered in a timely manner.

Maintain Records

The successful candidate will maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing regular reports to management.

Ensure Quality Control

The Food Service Supervisor will ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, ensuring that all customers receive a high-quality dining experience.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong organizational and communication skills. The successful candidate will be required to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a team environment.

Personal Suitability

We are looking for a candidate who is a team player, with excellent client focus and flexibility. The successful candidate will be required to work 40 hours per week, with the possibility of overtime.
